EVERYONE IS AN ARTIST
A 2-Hour Online Interactive Workshop
Declaring oneself an artist is a self-affirming process accessible to everyone. However, outdated narratives hinder many of us from fully embracing that call.
By challenging personal and collective narratives on creative identity, we’ll explore how these limiting stories shape our understanding of art and artistic identity. Participants will confront limiting beliefs and define their artistic self through a guided workshop.

Hello, my name is Ash. I’m an artist, educator, and qualitative researcher. With more than a decade spent in professional creative services, I have witnessed firsthand the challenges that artists face in developing their creative voice. I am invested in de-centering capitalist frameworks from the creative process and making space for spiritually-centered, generative practices. I launched CHANNEL to provide programs and resources that inspire all people to create what is most authentic to them.
Thank you for being here.
Guided by the principle that to make anything is entering a sacred space, the organization offers diverse programs including hands-on workshops, culturally rich courses, and collaborative community projects that emphasize reclaiming our personal and collective connections to creative process.
Curriculum development involves a collaborative design process with community members and artists, focusing on the process of making over the final product. Program evaluation through participant feedback and community impact assessments help shape and improve our offerings, while we work to ensure accessibility through sliding scale fees and scholarships when possible.
